Redcape Hospitality has closed out 2024 with exciting momentum, welcoming three new venues into the fold: Commercial Hotel in Redbank, Lucky Tree Tavern in Durack, and The Willow Hotel in Moorooka.
These acquisitions reflect Redcape’s commitment to strategically growing its portfolio, with a $66 million investment that strengthens its ability to deliver extraordinary pub experiences while creating long-term value for our investors.
The Redcape portfolio continues to thrive, with venue earnings up 11 per cent year-on-year. This growth underscores the resilience of pubs as community hubs and highlights the dedication and talent of the Redcape team in driving operational success.
Managing Director, Chris Unger, explains: “Pubs aren’t just investments – they’re the heart of communities. These new venues not only expand our portfolio but also give our people more opportunities to create spaces where connection, entertainment, and thriving communities come together.
“Working in hospitality offers long and highly rewarding career opportunities. These pubs are not just great places for our guests – they’re places where our people can grow, develop, and build fulfilling careers. We are excited to welcome our new team members to the Redcape family, where we proudly invest in our people and provide pathways that make Redcape an employer of choice in our communities and the industry.
“Looking ahead, we’re energised by the opportunities on the horizon. With more exciting projects in advanced stages and trading conditions remaining strong, we’re entering 2025 with confidence. Together with our people and our investors, we’re building on our track record of sustained growth and demonstrating the strength of Redcape, our strategy, and the pub sector as a whole.”
