While our venues offer a variety of dining, drinking and entertainment options, we also recognise our responsibility to ensure the safety and general wellbeing of our staff, customers and the communities in which we operate. We take a progressive and community-focussed approach to the responsible service of alcohol and gaming, going over and above legislative requirements to ensure all of our customers enjoy safe, sociable and welcoming venues, and responsibly enjoy our beverage and entertainment options. 

We hold our social responsibility to community in the highest regard, and are committed to leading conversations around healthy and balanced use of our facilities, as well as openly providing support in seeking help wherever it is needed. 

Our ultimate goal is to provide the best possible experience for our customers, which we take into consideration from the design of our hotels, all the way through to the service provided by our staff. We therefore play an active role in ensuring our impact on the lives of our people (staff and customers) and our communities, is one which is positive.
