In late October the 2019 Symposium saw leaders of Redcape come together, watch as they reflect on their journey and experience.
The purpose; to share in elements of the ‘Big Idea’ which included the vision, strategy and values and how this aligns with an environment of trust.
The symposium also included time to collaborate together on focussed topics including the customer’s experience in venues, the new stretch to grow development program and identifying personal values. These complement the core values of Care, Collaboration and Courage. Living these values describe what leadership at Redcape looks like. As leaders striving to excel, these values should have a positive impact on our teams performance, the business performance and personal performance.
