We recently took a closer look at one of our long-standing food partners, McCain Foods, with an immersive farm-to-fryer experience for our culinary teams.
Our chefs spent a day with the McCain team on-site, walking through potato fields, witnessing the harvest and processing, and gaining first-hand insight into the journey our essential produce takes from soil to kitchen. This behind-the-scenes visit gave our chefs a deeper appreciation of the care, standards and processes that underpin the quality of one of our most frequently used ingredients.
