A round of applause goes out to the teams at Wattle Hotel and Hermit Park Hotel for their outstanding performance in our recent Redcape Staff Incentive program! Both teams went above and beyond in their respective categories, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and extraordinary customer experience.
The Wattle Hotel team enjoyed a fun-filled day of mini golf, complete with good company, delicious food, and refreshing drinks – a well-deserved reward for their efforts. Meanwhile, the Hermit Park team marked their success with a celebratory day dedicated to recognising their exceptional contribution.
