Central Hotel team member, Lisa Finch has been a part of the Shellharbour venue team for the past three years, where she has enjoyed the collaborative nature of the team and the diversity in daily hospitality life.
Lisa more recently stepped into a new role as Bistro Supervisor for the busy and thriving venue, where she can utilise her skills in leadership, organisation and her love of food combined!
Lisa loves being on the front line of the business where she gets the opportunity to talk to patrons and build relationships with the local community each day, whilst doing what she loves. True to her nature, Lisa is proud to assist leading the bistro team and help evolve Central Hotel bistro to be the best it can be.
