Since the mid-2000s, our team at Redcape Hospitality has owned and operated hotels that have become part of their communities. In 2017, we joined MA Financial Group (then Moelis Australia) with the creation of the flagship MA Redcape Hotel Fund. Today, under the leadership of Chris Unger, we bring deep expertise across hospitality, hotel operations, and Fund management.

MA Redcape Hotel Fund
Redcape Hospitality is the Manager of the MA Redcape Hotel Fund, which is an open-ended unlisted retail fund that provides investors access to a diversified $1.bn+ portfolio of high-quality hotels located along Australia’s east coast. The Fund targets quarterly income distributions and long-term capital growth with a Total Return track record since inception of 12% 1 .Targeting quarterly income

Redcape Hospitality is the Manager of the MA Hotel Brunswick Fund, MA Taylor Square Fund, and the MA Bendigo Hotel Fund 3.
