MA Redcape Hotel Fund
Redcape Hospitality is the Manager of the MA Redcape Hotel Fund, which is an open-ended unlisted retail fund that provides investors access to a diversified $1.1bn portfolio of high-quality hotels located along Australia’s east coast1. The Fund targets quarterly income distributions and long-term capital growth with a Total Return track record since inception of 12%2.

Redcape Hospitality is focused on continually optimising the earnings to deliver investors with regular cash distributions targeting 6.5% distribution return3.

Operating the assets gives the ability to invest in growth capex opportunities that add earnings and value to the venues targeting 8.3% growth return3.
