This July, we’re opening the doors to Happy Talk, a bold and cheeky new tiki bar upstairs at Courthouse Hotel, Darlinghurst.
Launching on Saturday 5 July, Happy Talk is a colourful space inspired by retro surf shacks and tropical nostalgia. The drinks list features playful classics like the Three-Headed Zombie and slushy specials, while the menu serves up flavour-packed bites including Firecracker Coconut Prawns and Pork & Pineapple Skewers.
The space has been brought to life with nostalgic charm and vintage textures, creating a relaxed and fun environment that perfectly complements the energy of Oxford Street.
This new concept is part of our ongoing transformation across the Taylor Square precinct, joining the recent relaunch of Courthouse Hotel’s accommodation and the refresh underway at Kinselas Hotel.
