This week we had the pleasure of bringing some of our Venue Managers and Venue Support team together on Sydney Harbour to celebrate the incredible results achieved across our recent performance incentive.
Over the past few months, our venues have shown what’s possible when leadership, teamwork, and a shared commitment to extraordinary experiences come together. Across the group, Venue Managers embraced the challenge with energy and curiosity, supporting their teams and continuing to raise the bar for what great hospitality looks like in our pubs.
To recognise the top-performing venues from the incentive period, we hosted a private harbour cruise – an afternoon to relax, connect and celebrate the people behind the results. With sunshine, great food and even better company, it was a well-earned opportunity to pause and acknowledge the leadership and dedication shown across the network.
