Criterion Hotel Joins Our Family
We are excited to announce that the Criterion Hotel has joined our esteemed group of venues. Located in Sydney’s bustling CBD, the Criterion Hotel boasts a rich history and stunning architecture. Led by experienced Venue Manager John McGurk, formerly of Gladstone Hotel, the Criterion team is already making significant strides.
Our newly formed kitchen team, including Executive Chef Brian and Head Chefs Darius and Edan, has done an outstanding job setting up operations from scratch. Special thanks go to our Assistant Managers Tom Lim, Michael Nasser, and Andrea for their invaluable support.
A recent highlight was ANZAC Day, where the pub opened at 6.00am to serve patrons before and after the dawn service, marking a successful start under our stewardship. We look forward to achieving great things together with the Criterion Hotel team.
