In September, Venue Managers and emerging leaders from QLD, NSW, and VIC gathered at The Prince Consort for The Activate Program — a two-day initiative designed to strengthen leadership capability, foster collaboration, and build connections across Redcape.
The program blended practical workshops with opportunities for shared learning and peer-to-peer collaboration. Sessions were led by leaders and subject matter experts from across our business, giving participants access to both practical tools and fresh perspectives. Attendees left with not only new leadership skills but also stronger relationships with colleagues from other venues.
Held annually, the Activate Program empowers our people to grow as leaders who inspire teams and drive performance. This year’s group embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, ready to apply their learnings back in their venues.
