Activate 2026 brings Redcape’s rising leaders together
Our emerging leaders from across Redcape came together in Sydney for Activate 2026, two days focused on building leadership capability, sharing ideas and strengthening connections across our venues.
This year, we hosted the program at one of the newest additions to the Redcape portfolio, Arthouse Hotel in the heart of Sydney CBD.
Activate brings together emerging leaders from across our venues, giving them the opportunity to step outside the day-to-day, learn alongside their peers and build relationships with people from across the Redcape network.
Across two days, the group took part in practical workshops, conversations and shared learning led by leaders and subject matter experts from across our business. The focus was on the things that matter on the floor: leading teams well, building confidence, solving problems and creating great experiences for our guests.
Just as importantly, Activate creates connections that continue well beyond the program. Participants get to learn from people facing similar challenges in different venues, exchange ideas and build a network they can call on as they continue to grow.
Held annually, Activate is an important part of how we invest in our people and build leadership capability from within. It’s about giving talented people the tools, exposure and opportunity to take their next step, while building stronger teams and venues along the way.
