The purpose of our Venue Support Team is to support our venues. It consists of leaders who are experts in their field and are dedicated to empowering the leaders and teams in our pubs. We provide the strategic direction and tools, information, and support needed to create extraordinary hospitality experiences and drive business success. Based in Pyrmont, Sydney, with team members in Brisbane, we’re mostly on-site at our venues where our work matters most.

Our Food, Beverage, and Customer Experience Team brings extensive expertise to shape the strategies and set the standards that allow our venues to thrive, ensuring we serve what our communities love. They lead training, product ranging, menu development, new launches, and on trend activations, crafting unforgettable experiences that keep customers returning.
Gaming, Digital, and Technology
Our Gaming, Digital, and Technology Team drives electronic entertainment in our venues with a focus on enhancing customer and staff experiences, led by what our customers tell us. They support data, insights, and infrastructure, managing apps and systems to ensure seamless operations and easy experiences.
Marketing
The Marketing Team creatively builds our venue brands and campaigns with a customer-focused approach. They manage online and in-venue experiences, creating engaging promotions and partnerships that strengthen our market presence and deepen connections with customers.
Property
The Property Team transforms and maintains our venues as beloved hospitality destinations. From preserving historic pubs to developing new properties, they create spaces where communities gather, like the iconic Beach Hotel Byron Bay and other local gems.
Finance
The Finance Team drives Redcape’s financial health, providing insights that support strategic planning and daily operations. They play a key role in planning and executing redevelopments and acquisitions.
