The Manager

Day to day management of RPF is delivered by Redcape Services Pty Ltd, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Redcape Property Fund Limited. The Manager provides all investment, asset management and administrative services to RPF under Services Agreements with the Responsible Entity and Redcape Property Fund Limited.

The primary responsibilities of the Manager will include:

•collecting rents and ensuring RPF meets its obligations under the leases;
•sourcing acquisitions for RPF to consider:
•formulating and implementing RPF’s debt policy;
•preparing financial accounts and tax reporting of RPF;
•overseeing ASX compliance and investor communications;
•providing strategic planning and budgeting for RPF;
•facilitating developments for RPF of its properties; and
•risk management.
